Dispute Resolution
Unless subject to a specific statute or international convention, all claims regarding potential or actual loss made against PDS International Pvt. Ltd. must be made and intimated in writing to the Grievance Redressal Officer, details of which are provided above., within 30 days of the event giving rise to claim. Failure to notify PDS International Pvt. Ltd. in the prescribed time shall disqualify any such belated claims against PDS International Pvt. Ltd. The Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any claims against PDS International Pvt Ltd.
